The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Per Danielsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The referee ignored Skoghall Fk's protests and gave Johnny Pedersson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Sonny Jönsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute Zebastian Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Zebastian Stenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoghall Fk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zebastian Stenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Lila Hästen's Robin Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Vase in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, FC Lila Hästen's goalkeeper Robin Arvidsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Pedersson. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Volodya Petrovski during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Lila Hästen had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
