Tobias Lindholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustaf Hybbert having to make a save. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, Hanaskog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Granström to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Tobias Lindholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Hanaskog's Tobias Lindholm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustaf Hybbert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.

Despite being the better team, Hanaskog failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
