Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fredrik Deckberg started the match with the kick off. Stig Clementsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Björkdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Esbjörn Hägglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Clementsson having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Lerdala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patric Ekman to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Lerdala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lotorp RK:s goal. Per-Åke Söderkvist shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience was convinced that Stig Björkdal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig Clementsson was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Einar Malmström charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einar Malmström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lerdala booed when Lotorp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Malmström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes, Lerdala's Kent Hake shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Otto Apelquist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lerdala reached it. In the 24th minute Fredrik Deckberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gottfrid Classon came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Lerdala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gottfrid Classon couldn't finish the play. If Stig Björkdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig Björkdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Stig Clementsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Patric Ekman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lerdala and the Lotorp RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patric Ekman hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Stig Clementsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esbjörn Hägglund in the 42nd minute. Lotorp RK's Esbjörn Hägglund got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 49th minute, Stig Björkdal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Stig Björkdal made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lotorp RK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Joel Odeen hit a great ball. Gottfrid Classon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Otto Apelquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lotorp RK's zone, Gottfrid Classon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto Apelquist came out of the goal and Gottfrid Classon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patric Ekman got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Patric Ekman kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Stig Björkdal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig Clementsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Jerry Bergqvist hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lerdala's goalkeeper Stig Clementsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Esbjörn Hägglund came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Lotorp RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esbjörn Hägglund couldn't finish the play. After 96 minutes of play, Lotorp RK's Esbjörn Hägglund made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig Clementsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lotorp RK fully deserved thier win.
