In the 32nd minute Emil Blixt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brian Svanér stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Blixt's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Brian Svanér made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Hugo Säfström sent off a good shot on target. Hugo Säfström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brian Svanér firmly grabbed it by the left post. 46 minutes into the match, Genarp's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Blixt came free, but Brian Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 82nd minute, Bertil Giöck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gunnar Örtendahl. The goal made the score 0-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
