Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gert Abrahamsson started the match with the kick off. In the last second Uno Säf throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mårten Vennerström in the 2ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Gert Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Alstermo's goalkeeper Uno Säf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Åkesson. Juoksengi IF's Mårten Vennerström got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Alstermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Bratt to maneuver through the defense. When Mark Åkesson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juoksengi IF's protests and gave Mark Åkesson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Juoksengi IF getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Mark Åkesson hit a great ball. Björn Åkesson hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Björn Åkesson's late challenge caught a Alstermo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Björn Åkesson helped the player get up and apologised. Björn Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes, Alstermo's Måns Wickander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Allan Alebeck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alstermo reached it. In the 28th minute, Bengt-Rune Biörling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Alstermo's Måns Wickander tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gert Abrahamsson in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allan Alebeck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johan Åkerman during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Alstermo booed when Juoksengi IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Åkerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Alstermo's goalkeeper Uno Säf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Åkesson. In the 36th match minute, Alstermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Bratt to maneuver through the defense. Juoksengi IF's Mark Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 55 minutes of play, Juoksengi IF's Mårten Vennerström made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uno Säf was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bengt-Rune Biörling charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bengt-Rune Biörling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Juoksengi IF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Biörling hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Malte Gunnarsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alstermo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juoksengi IF the free kick. 59 minutes into the game, one of Alstermo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Juoksengi IF. Karl-Erik Ros stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uno Säf. 2-0. Mark Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mark Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uno Säf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Åkesson in the 73rd minute of play. David Holmstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Allan Alebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juoksengi IF's Allan Alebeck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Juoksengi IF from getting a goal against them. Mårten Vennerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Uno Säf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allan Alebeck made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Holmstedt in the 88th minute. David Holmstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Mårten Vennerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Säf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juoksengi IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Alstermo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
