Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nils Ekeberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mårten Vennerström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt-Rune Skröder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Mark Åkesson struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bengt-Rune Skröder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juoksengi IF. Bengt-Rune Skröder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Åkesson in the 19th minute of play. Aleksander Kilström hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Juoksengi IF's Karl-Erik Ros couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Atwood. In the 28th minute Mark Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Rune Skröder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mårten Vennerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mark Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Åkesson in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Rune Skröder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juoksengi IF's Mark Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bengt-Rune Skröder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mark Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mårten Vennerström made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Anders Johnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Atwood and the Juoksengi IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes FC Atwood got a freekick which was hit by Anders Johnsson. Bengt-Rune Skröder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
