The supporters of Vatostacos booed when Vilshult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Benett didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Vilshult's Lars Målare got control of the ball when Attila Zornánszky tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Målare made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Attila Zornánszky sent off a good shot on target. Lars Målare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attila Zornánszky in the 11th minute. Sven-Åke Allbom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Runberg's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Rigoberto Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Målare having to interfere. Manfred Markusson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Olle Alén took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lars Målare. Vilshult's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rigoberto Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lars Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Napier in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Målare prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lars Målare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Napier in the 34th minute of the match. Rigoberto Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lars Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Hagberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Åke Allbom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vidar Hagberg ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Vilshult booed when Vatostacos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Bogren didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Hagberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Vatostacos's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugeniusz Wielgopolski hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Sven-Åke Allbom had great luck who in the 52ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Vidar Hagberg from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After having played for 54 minutes, Rigoberto Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vatostacos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Napier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugeniusz Wielgopolski kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Vidar Hagberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven-Åke Allbom, 0-1. 63 minutes into the match, Vatostacos's goal looked a bit too open when John Runberg came free, but Sven-Åke Allbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Vidar Hagberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sven-Åke Allbom. Vidar Hagberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Sven-Åke Allbom made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when John Runberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vatostacos's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Allbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rigoberto Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Runberg kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. John Runberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Vidar Hagberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vilshult walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
