Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Peter Unesson made the kick off which started today's match. Olov Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hakkas IF's zone, Olov Askelöf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Åke Nyman came out of the goal and Olov Askelöf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Åke Nyman came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Kalix's Patrik Sjöberg. But to his dismay, Patrik Sjöberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hakkas IF's Sven-Åke Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Askelöf in the 21st minute of play. After 21 minutes, Hubert Sjöberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kalix and the Hakkas IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kalix getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hubert Sjöberg hit a great ball. If Rikard Östlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patrik Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Patrik Sjöberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalix's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Sjöberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Åke Nyman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Martinsson charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Martinsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kalix booed when Hakkas IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Ahlrot took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sven-Åke Nyman. Hakkas IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sven-Åke Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Patrik Sjöberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kalix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrik Sjöberg couldn't finish the play. In the 40thth minute of the game Patrik Sjöberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hakkas IF's Sven-Åke Nyman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 42 played minutes Kalix got a freekick which was hit by Folke Lindqvist. In the 45th minute, Patrik Sjöberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kalix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Kalix's Patrik Sjöberg in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hakkas IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 55th minute, Martin Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrik Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Georg Fogel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hakkas IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalix the free kick. Sven-Åke Nyman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Viktor Ahlrot. A hard shot by Folke Snäll from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Sven-Åke Nyman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Olov Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Rikard Östlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hakkas IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rikard Östlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Fogel kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Olov Askelöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrik Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Nyman having to interfere. Kalix's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
