When Kärrtorp United's Claes Dahlberg in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bertil Myr kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Andreas Hellgren's late challenge caught a FC Peanut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Hellgren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kärrtorp United getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Andreas Hellgren hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Kärrtorp United's Gilbert Beckström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Holm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Roy Kullander fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Peanut's protests and gave Roy Kullander a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, one of FC Peanut:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Peanut. After a rather tough play, Kärrtorp United's André Sandell got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Eric Ånger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Börje Hökqvist having to make a save. Claes Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wiktor Skräddare to strike the kick off in the second half. Börje Hökqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Skräddare in the 56th minute of play. Claes Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Gilbert Beckström came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Kärrtorp United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Beckström couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, FC Peanut's Eric Ånger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Börje Hökqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Skräddare in the 71st minute of play forced Kärrtorp United's goalkeeper Börje Hökqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Wiktor Skräddare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Börje Hökqvist came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Peanut's Eric Ånger. But to his dismay, Eric Ånger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Eric Ånger kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. FC Peanut's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
