Karl-Michael Ivarsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Ove Wennerström. Johanssons Härliga Vänner's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 16th minute, Sten Öman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Billeberga BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thomas Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Finman couldn't finish the play. If Svante Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Svante Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Billeberga BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Svante Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Wennerström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 48th minute Svante Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Wennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albin Finman made a kick off. Anton Melberg kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Albin Finman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Algot Linberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Algot Linberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Finman in the 85th minute of the match. Billeberga BK's Algot Linberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Finman in the 87th minute of play. Johanssons Härliga Vänner's Jan-Ove Wennerström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Johanssons Härliga Vänner from getting a goal against them. Albin Finman struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Algot Linberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Johanssons Härliga Vänner. Johanssons Härliga Vänner were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
