Vilhelm Duset had several of the Tjurkö IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sakarias Eliasson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vilhelm Duset sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tjurkö IF's Sakarias Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Duset in the 20th minute of play. Joel Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakarias Eliasson having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Vilhelm Duset had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 37 minutes, Marcus Arvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tjurkö IF and the HK Rosengård players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Tjurkö IF got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Arvidsson. If Joel Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Tjurkö IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HK Rosengård:s goal. Kristoffer Bergstedt walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Joel Mårtensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the HK Rosengård defense, Markus Axelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixten Lund. The HK Rosengård fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixten Lund should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind HK Rosengård's goalkeeper Sixten Lund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sixten Lund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Brander in the 58th minute of play. If Markus Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Brander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sixten Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tjurkö IF getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Jon Mellbad hit a great ball.
