Jimmy Blomqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexander Nordström's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pål Alström during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Klimpfjäll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Åkesson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Verner Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Stig Åkesson made a precise shot to the right of Jimmy Blomqvist. Billdal FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 88th minute Elias Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Johan Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Stig Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Kalle Bratt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimmy Blomqvist. That made the score 0-2 in the 92 minute of play. When the match was over Klimpfjäll could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Billdal FK throughout the match.
