Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niclas Engman took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Yngve Uter fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villands Vånga FF's protests and gave Yngve Uter a yellow card for diving instead. Alvar Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niclas Engman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eskil Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Blomquist in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Villands Vånga FF's zone, Patrik Blomquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eskil Bure came out of the goal and Patrik Blomquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niclas Hallgren in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Vall saved Smygehamn FF from getting behind. When Smygehamn FF's Patrik Blomquist in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villands Vånga FF's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Smygehamn FF defense, Niclas Engman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvar Vall. The Smygehamn FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvar Vall should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute Niclas Engman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Blomquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eskil Bure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Villands Vånga FF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Verner Ström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrik Blomquist to make the kick off. When Verner Ström came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Smygehamn FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Verner Ström couldn't finish the play. Verner Ström struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Eskil Bure didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smygehamn FF. Verner Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Eskil Bure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Patrik Blomquist came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Smygehamn FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrik Blomquist couldn't finish the play. Niclas Engman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Vall having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niclas Engman in the 84th minute of play forced Smygehamn FF's goalkeeper Alvar Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Smygehamn FF's Alvar Vall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Smygehamn FF from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Torsten Wennerberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alvar Vall. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. Verner Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Eskil Bure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Smygehamn FF's Verner Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Villands Vånga FF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
