Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Karl-Magnus Jonasson kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ekshärad BF's zone, Magne Ahlroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Pilberg came out of the goal and Magne Ahlroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Pilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Pilblad in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Henrik Algren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Karl-Magnus Jonasson lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Nils-Åke Persson. 15 minutes into the match, Ekshärad BF's Henrik Algren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Åke Persson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Jonasson in the 22nd minute of play forced Pålsboda Goif's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pålsboda Goif's Nils-Åke Persson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Pålsboda Goif from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Ekshärad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Erland Pilblad came free, but Marc Pilberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Erland Pilblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 36 minutes, Vilhelm Hake managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekshärad BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilhelm Hake was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ekshärad BF's Karl-Magnus Jonasson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nils-Åke Persson. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. When Markus Lundin fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekshärad BF's protests and gave Markus Lundin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, one of Ekshärad BF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ekshärad BF. Ludwig Helberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 45 minutes into the match, Pålsboda Goif's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Jonasson came free, but Nils-Åke Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Magnus Jonasson had several of the Pålsboda Goif's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Nils-Åke Persson as he didn't even see the shot coming.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Magne Ahlroth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marc Pilberg had great luck who in the 53rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Magne Ahlroth from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Nils-Åke Persson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 57 played minutes, Ekshärad BF's Tommy Karlstedt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils-Åke Persson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ekshärad BF reached it. 58 minutes into the match, Pålsboda Goif's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Algren came free, but Nils-Åke Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ekshärad BF's Marc Pilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Ahlroth in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Ekshärad BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Stenkvist to maneuver through the defense. If Magne Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Algren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Nils-Åke Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Algren in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils-Åke Persson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erland Pilblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marc Pilberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pålsboda Goif's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
