Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Edgar Esbjörnsson made the kick off and thus started the match. Edgar Esbjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arvid Snell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Mickelsson having to interfere. Edgar Esbjörnsson in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Magne Mickelsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arvid Snells short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Magne Mickelsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Sundbyberg RK booed when Åsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Giöck didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Jespersson in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conny Drake saved Åsa from getting behind. If Edgar Esbjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Alexander Jonsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åsa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sundbyberg RK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Åsa's Alexander Jonsson got a free kick in the 26th minute. Conny Drake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Björck, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Edgar Lindström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magne Mickelsson was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Edgar Esbjörnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magne Mickelsson having to make a save. Åsa's Arvid Snell got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edgar Esbjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Jespersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Arvid Snell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Mickelsson having to interfere. Edgar Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Jespersson in the 60th minute of play forced Åsa's goalkeeper Conny Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Esbjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Edgar Esbjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Esbjörnsson in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Mickelsson saved Sundbyberg RK from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Lindström during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Åsa getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Edgar Lindström hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Sundbyberg RK's Jon Vidman tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Arvid Snell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Snell in the 81st minute of play forced Sundbyberg RK's goalkeeper Magne Mickelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Esbjörnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magne Mickelsson having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvid Snell in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Mickelsson saved Sundbyberg RK from getting behind. When Åsa's Edgar Esbjörnsson in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sundbyberg RK's goalie prevented a goal. Magne Mickelsson came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Åsa's Arvid Snell. But to his dismay, Arvid Snell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Åsa fully deserved thier win.
