With a little luck, Nordkoster's Tony Brogren got control of the ball when Ulrik Lundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, Calle Jonsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nordkoster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juvemil FK the free kick. Calle Jonsson hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ulrik Lundström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Tony Brogren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Juvemil FK's Torbjörn Brogren got a free kick in the 8th minute. Harry Månsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Hagström having to interfere. Jon Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Månsson in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Juvemil FK booed when Nordkoster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Löfkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Torsten Hake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrik Lundström got free with Tony Brogren in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulrik Lundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juvemil FK's Jon Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Månsson in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Björn Lind in the 35th minute of play forced Juvemil FK's goalkeeper Jon Hagström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ulrik Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Harry Månsson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Juvemil FK's Jon Hagström. Jon Hagström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kent Brun to strike the kick off in the second half. Torbjörn Salqvist's late challenge caught a Juvemil FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Juvemil FK's zone, Harry Månsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Hagström came out of the goal and Harry Månsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 62 played minutes Juvemil FK got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Sjöberg. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Harry Månsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Klas Gullesson lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 70th minute, one of Nordkoster:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nordkoster. Maximilian Andreasson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Kent Brun struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Tony Brogren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juvemil FK.
