When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Valter Ståhlberg sped through Vista Härad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Hylander. 20 minutes into the game, Bernt Jelm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Bo Apelkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes, Mikael Tingberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vista Härad and the Lansjärv IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Magnus Forssell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Valter Ståhlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lansjärv IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valter Ståhlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. August Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Hylander having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valter Ståhlberg to make the kick off. Jens-Ove Hylander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from August Kråk in the 53rd minute of the match. Bo Apelkvist was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Bernt Jelm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernt Jelm really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Jens-Ove Hylander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Ståhlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 76 played minutes Lansjärv IF got a freekick which was hit by Sven Britz. After a rather tough play, Lansjärv IF's Sven Britz got a free kick in the 78th minute. Hubert Söderkvist was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Bernt Jelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Valter Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ove Hylander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vista Härad's Mikael Tingberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valter Ståhlberg during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 94 played minutes Lansjärv IF got a freekick which was hit by Valter Ståhlberg.
