Torgny Tinglöv was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hubert Kullgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. After 10 played minutes Afro Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Ted Kellberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hubert Kullgren in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torgny Tinglöv prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gustav Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Månsson in the 18th minute of play forced Svärtinge SK's goalkeeper Ragnar Helberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Kellberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Karl-Michael Bengtsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svärtinge SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Michael Bengtsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Michael Bengtsson got free with Torgny Tinglöv in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torgny Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Kullgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Peter Alén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ted Kellberg hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Karl-Michael Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Torgny Tinglöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Kullgren in the 72nd minute of play. Karl-Michael Bengtsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torgny Tinglöv having to make a save. Gustav Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ragnar Helberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes, Christer Tholsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Svärtinge SK and the Afro Warriors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Torgny Tinglöv didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert Kullgren went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 94 minutes into the match, Svärtinge SK's goal looked a bit too open when Krister Månsson came free, but Ragnar Helberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
