Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torgny Österlund kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Assyriska FF booed when Finnerödja RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petter Stenkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Kilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Örjan Eklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Finnerödja RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Assyriska FF the free kick. In the 18th minute, Örjan Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Hugo Zander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Watarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Österlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Brandt having to interfere. Hugo Zander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Izydor Watarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Assyriska FF's Sakarias Siggesson got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Assyriska FF's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Zander came free, but Izydor Watarz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Izydor Watarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Stenkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petter Stenkvist to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Axel Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izydor Watarz made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Hugo Zander sent off a good shot on target. Örjan Eklund was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 55th match minute, Finnerödja RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Örjan Eklund to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Torgny Österlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Assyriska FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Torgny Österlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Brandt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 58 minutes, Alexander Ahlroht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Assyriska FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Ahlroht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktor Brandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Österlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalle Kristiansson charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kalle Kristiansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kalle Kristiansson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Assyriska FF's Vilgot Bjurström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Finnerödja RK. After 78 minutes, Petter Stenkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finnerödja RK and the Assyriska FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Assyriska FF's Izydor Watarz got control of the ball when Hugo Zander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, Alexander Ahlroht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Assyriska FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Ahlroht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alexander Ahlroht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
