Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thomas Lidberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ludwig Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Egon Vallengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egon Vallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Pedersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ludwig Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Egon Vallengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Lit got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Gabrielsson. 24 minutes into the match, Ambjörby FK's goalkeeper Egon Vallengren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Lange. After a defensive mix-up in Ambjörby FK's zone, Kenneth Pedersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Vallengren came out of the goal and Kenneth Pedersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ludwig Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Egon Vallengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Ambjörby FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ludwig Almkvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Adam Bohlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludvig Kjellberg during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Ambjörby FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludvig Kjellberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Kenneth Pedersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egon Vallengren was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Algot Lundblad charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Algot Lundblad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ambjörby FK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Algot Lundblad hit a great ball. If Kenneth Pedersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lit's Kenneth Pedersson got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Pedersson in the 47th minute of play forced Ambjörby FK's goalkeeper Egon Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenneth Pedersson to make the kick off. If Ludwig Almkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Kenneth Pedersson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ambjörby FK's Egon Vallengren. Egon Vallengren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Adam Bohlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egon Vallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Pedersson in the 64th minute of play. Kenneth Pedersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Vallengren having to interfere. Ambjörby FK's Thomas Lidberg got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kent Lundqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernt Hedin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 78 minute of play. Bernt Hedin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Almkvist in the 84th minute of play forced Ambjörby FK's goalkeeper Egon Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Lit defense, Bernt Hedin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kent Lundqvist. The Lit fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kent Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. Thomas Lidberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kent Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Ludwig Almkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Ambjörby FK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Lit had held the ball for most of the match.
