Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albert Bröms started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Östra Ämtervik IK's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Bröms came free, but Olof Bruhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th match minute, Hellas Malmö FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Pihlblad to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Albert Bröms left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hellas Malmö FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 19th minute, Albert Bröms got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakob Aspengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Chappuis having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Albert Bröms made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Östra Ämtervik IK's Olof Bruhn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hellas Malmö FC's Norbert Chappuis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Esbjörnsson in the 36th minute of play. The Östra Ämtervik IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hellas Malmö FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Robert Esbjörnsson made the kick off in the second half. Patrik Björkdahl struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Olof Bruhn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hellas Malmö FC. Patrik Björkdahl's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olof Bruhn firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 63 played minutes Patrik Björkdahl rounded Östra Ämtervik IK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Norbert Chappuis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Esbjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 68 minutes, Wiktor Haglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellas Malmö FC and the Östra Ämtervik IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hellas Malmö FC booed when Östra Ämtervik IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Sikström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hellas Malmö FC were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Östra Ämtervik IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Östen Fagerberg took the corner. The corner ended in Wiktor Haglund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Östra Ämtervik IK's Olof Bruhn did a great save. After having played for 86 minutes, Wiktor Haglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hellas Malmö FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Haglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albert Bröms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bruhn having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Patrik Björkdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hellas Malmö FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Björkdahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Bruhn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute of the match, Patrik Björkdahl got a very nice opportunity to score, but Olof Bruhn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hellas Malmö FC played a much better game than Östra Ämtervik IK and deserved their victory. The Östra Ämtervik IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
