But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Erserman couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Gösta Hasselqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Rövgökarna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvig Byström came free, but Carl Söderquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rövgökarna IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anakonda BK the free kick. The supporters of Anakonda BK booed when Rövgökarna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Stenqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Anakonda BK's Per-Olof Wiklund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Söderquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rövgökarna IF's Carl Söderquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Wiklund in the 71st minute of play. Sune Lustig kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Per-Olof Wiklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Söderquist was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Anton Hedling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Hasselqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Wiklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Söderquist having to make a save. After having played for 87 minutes, Dennis Erserman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anakonda BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Erserman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Olof Wiklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Marcus Sjögren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Hedling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Hasselqvist in the 93rd minute of the match.
