The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CF Dunder Mifflin. CF Dunder Mifflin:s Felix Åkerman showed great skill when he stopped Martin Dalman:s penalty. After 11 played minutes CF Dunder Mifflin got a freekick which was hit by Henry Boström. Jumkils IF's Martin Dalman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CF Dunder Mifflin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Wahlnäs in the 13th minute of play forced CF Dunder Mifflin's goalkeeper Felix Åkerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Bäcklin's late challenge caught a CF Dunder Mifflin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Bäcklin helped the player get up and apologised. John Bäcklin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when John Bäcklin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martin Dalman, 53 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Emil Dahlqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Matsson having to interfere. John Bäcklin got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 65th minute, John Bäcklin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 minutes, Evert Sundling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jumkils IF and the CF Dunder Mifflin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evert Sundling hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Leo Berggren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Matsson having to interfere. Emil Dahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Jumkils IF got a freekick which was hit by Evert Sundling. Per-Åke Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Dahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Jumkils IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jumkils IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
