Gordons FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikael Winström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Friberger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars-Erik Eliasson's late challenge caught a Gordons FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Eftra Queerboys's Christopher Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gordons FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
