Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mikael Winström made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the game, Tage Ambjörnsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustaf Hultin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 9 played minutes Gordons FC got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Stenström. Hannes Zachrisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gordons FC's Tommy Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Zachrisson in the 13th minute of play. Tommy Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Zachrisson in the 18th minute of play. When Magnus Andersson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gordons FC's protests and gave Magnus Andersson a yellow card for diving instead. 19 minutes into the game, one of Gordons FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ingvar Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Ekelund having to interfere. Gustaf Hultin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Winström in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Solberg IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Ambjörnsson came free, but Gustaf Hultin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikael Winström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hannes Zachrisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Solberg IFK's Ingvar Wästerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Ture Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gordons FC's zone, Ingvar Wästerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Ekelund came out of the goal and Ingvar Wästerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Ture Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 minutes of play, Solberg IFK's Hannes Zachrisson made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Ekelund was left in no man's land by his defense there! 64 minutes into the match, Hannes Zachrisson notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Gordons FC's Tommy Ekelund. Tommy Ekelund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tommy Ekelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Zachrisson in the 72nd minute of the match. Hannes Zachrisson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tommy Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hannes Zachrisson kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Gordons FC booed when Solberg IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Örtlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Roland Hellström in the 79th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gustaf Hultin's left hand side. In the 84th minute Hannes Zachrisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ingvar Wästerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Gordons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Stenström to maneuver through the defense. Ingvar Wästerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tommy Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Wästerberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Ekelund having to make a save. Roland Hellström's late challenge caught a Solberg IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roland Hellström helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee ended the match the Solberg IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
