Imrans FC's Morgan Blomquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Linqvist in the 4th minute of play. Stellan Forssberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Kilman in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Imrans FC booed when Forged by fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Tunström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match, Torbjörn Ivarsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Morgan Blomquist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Isaac Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joakim Lööf's late challenge caught a Forged by fire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joakim Lööf helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute Gustaf Linqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Blomquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imrans FC's Jan-Åke Vennerlund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stellan Forssberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 78 minutes into the match, Gustaf Linqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Morgan Blomquist. Imrans FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaf Linqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. 81 minutes into the match, Forged by fire's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Isaksson came free, but Stellan Forssberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
