Grisslehamn's Gustaf Kvarnström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Perälä in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Reko Känsäkangas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustaf Kvarnström. Reko Känsäkangas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Lidberg in the 19th minute of play forced Enköpings SK's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Linberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaf Kvarnström was a little too slow when Frank Johnsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 4-0. Marko Perälä's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Gustaf Kvarnström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfred Björkman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gustaf Kvarnström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gustaf Kvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reko Känsäkangas in the 37th minute of the match. When Stig Lidberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Grisslehamn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Lidberg couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute Stig Lidberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Linberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonatan Lindsten was the one to do the kick off.
