Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonatan Dahlberg kicked off to start the match. When Jonatan Dahlberg came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Ekeby IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Dahlberg couldn't finish the play. Jonatan Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ekeby IK's Sebastian Stål got control of the ball when Tomas Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute Elias Deckbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Stål saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Tomas Holmgren took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sebastian Stål to make any attempt to save it. In the 32nd minute of the match, Elliot Söderström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Stål was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Elliot Söderström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Sebastian Stål made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Ekeby IK's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Deckbergh came free, but Sebastian Stål reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ekeby IK's zone, Elliot Söderström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Stål came out of the goal and Elliot Söderström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elliot Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Elliot Söderström might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Stål. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliot Söderström ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Stål stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Holmgren's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Tomas Holmgren took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Stål. Sebastian Stål dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Elliot Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Klagshamn IK's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Dahlberg came free, but Aleksander Näver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Näver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Dahlberg in the 79th minute of the match. Aleksander Näver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Dahlberg in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Deckbergh in the 85th minute of play forced Ekeby IK's goalkeeper Sebastian Stål to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Ekeby IK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Källberg. Elliot Söderström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Stål read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Klagshamn IK's Aleksander Näver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Dahlberg in the 91st minute of play. Elias Deckbergh charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Deckbergh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Klagshamn IK's Elias Deckbergh got a free kick in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ekeby IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Klagshamn IK.
