Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Löftadalens IF's Jan-Åke Karlstedt got a free kick in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Karlstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Löftadalens IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timmernabben the free kick. Jan-Åke Karlstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Timmernabben's Nils Ugla tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Löftadalens IF got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Valrot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melker Gerdberg got free with Kent Sundström in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute of the match, Jon Boklund tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kent Sundström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kent Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Pihlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Knut Apelqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konrad Alströmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kent Sundström made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Melker Gerdberg sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Timmernabben's zone, Jan-Åke Karlstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrad Alströmer came out of the goal and Jan-Åke Karlstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jon Boklund was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Timmernabben's goalkeeper Konrad Alströmer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Knut Apelqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Löftadalens IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Apelqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Timmernabben's Valdemar Pihlgren got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute Jon Boklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kent Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Boklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Melker Gerdberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Sundström came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Timmernabben's Melker Gerdberg. But to his dismay, Melker Gerdberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Mikael Jelm fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Löftadalens IF's protests and gave Mikael Jelm a yellow card for diving instead. Melker Gerdberg scored 3-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kent Sundström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
