Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Redhes luftslott's Mattias Arvidsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vartofta's Per-Arne Jonasson got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Arne Jonasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Per-Erik Gummeson managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Vartofta's Börje Carlberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Albin Elg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Per-Erik Gummeson made a huge save. After 15 played minutes Redhes luftslott got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Alén. In the 25th minute, Per-Åke Alén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Redhes luftslott's goalkeeper Per-Erik Gummeson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nicklas Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 31 minutes, Mattias Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redhes luftslott's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattias Arvidsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Börje Carlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mattias Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Börje Carlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vartofta's supporters rose to their feet, but Börje Carlberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Erik Gummeson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per-Erik Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Arne Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hans Ahlin came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Redhes luftslott's Nicklas Bäck. But to his dismay, Nicklas Bäck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

After having played for 55 minutes, Börje Carlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vartofta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Carlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Per-Arne Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Börje Carlberg came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Vartofta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Carlberg couldn't finish the play. Per-Arne Jonasson struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Per-Erik Gummeson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vartofta. 63 minutes into the match, Börje Carlberg notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Redhes luftslott's Per-Erik Gummeson. Per-Erik Gummeson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mattias Arvidsson struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Hans Ahlin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redhes luftslott. Mattias Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Ahlin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Redhes luftslott's zone, Börje Carlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Erik Gummeson came out of the goal and Börje Carlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 minutes, Karl-Magnus Skog mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Redhes luftslott and the Vartofta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl-Magnus Skog kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Nicklas Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vartofta's Hans Ahlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Arvidsson in the 94th minute of play.
