Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Urban Bäcklin made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Sakarias Ahlroth managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Almstigen's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakarias Ahlroth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Westerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Almstigen's Magnus Löfskog got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Johan Vase charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Johan Vase the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vargön's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stig-Arne Billock was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Almstigen's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on FC Almstigen's corner Stig-Arne Billock fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gunnar Westerberg quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrik Söderberg got free with Arman Kvick in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magnus Löfskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sakarias Ahlroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Gunnar Westerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Ahlroth in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Urban Bäcklin put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arman Kvick. Magnus Löfskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Westerberg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sakarias Ahlroth in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Westerberg saved Vargön from getting behind. Magnus Löfskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Westerberg having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Håkan Kruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Sakarias Ahlroth in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 44 minutes, Pelle Svanström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vargön and the FC Almstigen players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vargön getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pelle Svanström hit a great ball. Magnus Löfskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st play minute Magnus Löfskog came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gunnar Westerberg. 1-1. Alfred Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Sakarias Ahlroth kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, FC Almstigen's Sakarias Ahlroth fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal, but it hit the crossbar and went out into the crowd. Sakarias Ahlroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Westerberg having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, FC Almstigen's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Bäcklin came free, but Arman Kvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Magnus Löfskog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Vargön got a freekick which was hit by Urban Bäcklin. Gunnar Westerberg made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Magnus Löfskog sent off a good shot on target. After 79 played minutes Vargön got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Ånger. If Sakarias Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakarias Ahlroth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Ulrik Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
