Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Douglas Pedersson started the match with the kick off. Christer Nordin came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tärnaby's Christian Vallgren. But to his dismay, Christian Vallgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Öxabäck's Douglas Pedersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Douglas Häll. That made the score 1-1 after 8 minutes of play. In the 12th minute, Douglas Pedersson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Douglas Häll, passed just outside the right post. Douglas Pedersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Douglas Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Jens Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Öxabäck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens Gustafsson struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Douglas Häll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Öxabäck. Michael Magnusson charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Magnusson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Michael Magnusson kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Öxabäck's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Vallgren came free, but Christer Nordin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Sören Linberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Öxabäck's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tärnaby the free kick. In the 24th minute, Sören Linberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Christer Borre put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Öxabäck:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tärnaby:s goal. Christian Vallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Nordin having to interfere. Jens Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Douglas Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jens Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Öxabäck's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Häll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 played minutes Tärnaby got a freekick which was hit by Felix Billing. Tärnaby's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Jens Gustafsson scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Häll, making the score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
With his leg Christer Nordin managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Tärnaby's Christian Vallgren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Jens Gustafsson came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Öxabäck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens Gustafsson couldn't finish the play. Magne Västberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Nordin having to interfere. Christian Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magne Västberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christer Nordin came out and tried to block the shot, but Magne Västberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 67th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Öxabäck's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Kruse came free, but Christer Nordin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Christian Vallgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tärnaby's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Vallgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Nordin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the game, Magne Västberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Christer Nordin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Tärnaby supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tärnaby would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
