In the 3rd match minute, Sandhem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. Michel Boström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Agne Ahlén skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Erland Åman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Arenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Holmberg in the 14th minute of play forced Sandhem's goalkeeper Agne Ahlén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tyresö FF's zone, Robin Sundling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erland Åman came out of the goal and Robin Sundling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Sundling in the 24th minute of play forced Tyresö FF's goalkeeper Erland Åman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Sandhem's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Holmberg came free, but Agne Ahlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rudolf Karlsson hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The long shot by Hans Knutsson in the 31st minute really tested Agne Ahlén's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Erland Åman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Sundling, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Erland Åman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Sundling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Robin Sundling made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Rudolf Karlsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erland Åman, 0-1. 62 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Kihlman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sandhem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tyresö FF the free kick. After 62 played minutes Sandhem got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Edvin Kihlman. With a little luck, Tyresö FF's Erland Åman got control of the ball when Stefan Arenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robin Sundling in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Åman saved Tyresö FF from getting behind. Agne Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Boström in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nils-Erik Holmberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agne Ahlén was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When Robin Sundling in the 82nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Erland Åman kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Erland Åman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Arenberg in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Sandhem's Stefan Arenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erland Åman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Sandhem left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tyresö FF.
