After a rather tough play, Rossoneri's Jan-Ove Gallberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Joacim Söderström made a precise shot to the right of Kjell Kilberg. Rossoneri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Linus Norström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Kjell Kilberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rune Kinnman made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Jan-Ove Gallberg sent off a good shot on target. Kjell Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joacim Söderström in the 37th minute of play. Rossoneri's Joel Aspengren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rune Kinnman but with some difficulty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Wilhelm Alrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, Rossoneri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Oskar Lind to maneuver through the defense. If Wilhelm Alrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Hasslarp IK's Kjell Kilberg threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sören Ennegren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Linus Norström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linus Norström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan-Ove Gallberg's late challenge caught a Hasslarp IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Ove Gallberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Jan-Ove Gallberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linus Norström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Kjell Kilberg made a huge save. Rossoneri's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
