Eleven Smoking Goats's Edward Örn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Åke Ekerot in the 5th minute of play. Harry Dalkvist hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. When Kristian Linquist came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Eleven Smoking Goats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Linquist couldn't finish the play. Kristian Linquist in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mats Kihlman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ludwig Berglund's late challenge caught a Real Täby IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludwig Berglund helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Eleven Smoking Goats's Ludwig Berglund got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Olof Strandberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edward Örn. Eleven Smoking Goats's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alvin Pilberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Olof Strandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eleven Smoking Goats's Edward Örn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Åke Ekerot in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvin Pilberg to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvin Pilberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Real Täby IK's goalkeeper Mats Kihlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th match minute, Real Täby IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Strandberg to maneuver through the defense. Bengt-Åke Ekerot struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Edward Örn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Täby IK. Mats Kihlman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Pilberg in the 60th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Alvin Pilberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Kihlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörn Örtendal kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Kristian Linquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 97 minutes, Dan Josefsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Täby IK and the Eleven Smoking Goats players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dan Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Mats Kihlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Linquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Täby IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Eleven Smoking Goats.
