Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 10 minutes into the match, Jonsered's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Brummer came free, but Åke Classon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vilhelm Brummer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulrik Rosén might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Åke Classon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulrik Rosén ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of IFK CS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jonsered:s goal. Karl-Oskar Hagström walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 32 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Brummer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Åke Classon. Vilhelm Brummer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, IFK CS's Vilhelm Brummer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Åke Classon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Nils-Åke Söderkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jonsered's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK CS the free kick. Nils-Åke Söderkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrik Rosén got free with Åke Classon in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulrik Rosén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Classon having to interfere. The supporters of IFK CS booed when Jonsered was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jonsered's zone, Vilhelm Brummer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Åke Classon came out of the goal and Vilhelm Brummer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vilhelm Brummer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ulrik Rosén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to IFK CS getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Birger Busk hit a great ball. Jonsered's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Oskar Hagström in the 60th minute. After taking down the ball on Jonsered's corner Ragnar Bocklund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ivar Björkdal quite easily take care of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Ivar Björkdal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tomas Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Jonsered's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Arvidsson came free, but Åke Classon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Säfström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, IFK CS's Ivar Björkdal got control of the ball when Jörn Vesterberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. IFK CS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eric Säfström 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Säfström in the 78th minute of play forced IFK CS's goalkeeper Ivar Björkdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for IFK CS. Patrick Nyman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Åke Classon. 2-1. When Ulrik Rosén fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK CS's protests and gave Ulrik Rosén a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes IFK CS got a freekick which was hit by Ulrik Rosén. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Brummer in the 90th minute of play forced Jonsered's goalkeeper Åke Classon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
