With a little luck, Skee's Pär Gudmundsson got control of the ball when Ragnar Granberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vilhelm Backlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Giliusson having to interfere. If Vilhelm Backlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ragnar Granberg came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Herrängs Bondpojkar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ragnar Granberg couldn't finish the play. When Jens-Ola Finnman fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skee's protests and gave Jens-Ola Finnman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Skee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ola Finnman to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Skee's zone, Olof Örnberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pär Gudmundsson came out of the goal and Olof Örnberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pär Gudmundsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Örnberg in the 19th minute of the match. Boris Giliusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Hellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes, Jack Täman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrängs Bondpojkar and the Skee players grew even worse after the yellow card. Herrängs Bondpojkar's Boris Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Backlund in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Skee's zone, Olof Örnberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pär Gudmundsson came out of the goal and Olof Örnberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilhelm Backlund took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boris Giliusson. Boris Giliusson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ragnar Granberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Gudmundsson having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olof Örnberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Skee defense, Ragnar Granberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pär Gudmundsson. The Skee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pär Gudmundsson should have stopped the shot. Olof Örnberg struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Pär Gudmundsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herrängs Bondpojkar. Jack Täman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Skee's Pär Gudmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Granberg in the 67th minute of play. Olof Örnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Gudmundsson having to interfere. If Ragnar Granberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Olof Örnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Gudmundsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes, Per-Erik Julin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrängs Bondpojkar and the Skee players grew even worse after the yellow card. Skee's Christian Brummer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Herrängs Bondpojkar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
