Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Elgereds SK booed when Laxå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joar Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Karl-Michael Bern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Johnsson in the 13th minute of play forced Elgereds SK's goalkeeper Yngve Jönsätt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tord Lindström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Michael Bern went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the game, Elgereds SK's Karl-Michael Bern nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tord Lindström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Thomas Utfal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes, Karl-Michael Bern made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Laxå's Tord Lindström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elgereds SK's Yngve Jönsätt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Johnsson in the 27th minute of play. Yngve Jönsätt made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Douglas Kellman sent off a good shot on target. Tord Lindström came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Elgereds SK's Karl-Michael Bern. But to his dismay, Karl-Michael Bern quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joar Arvidsson in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yngve Jönsätt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Kellman got free with Yngve Jönsätt in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Michael Bern in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tord Lindström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tord Lindström came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Elgereds SK's Karl-Michael Bern. But to his dismay, Karl-Michael Bern quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jon Johnsson made a kick off. With his leg Tord Lindström managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Elgereds SK's Karl-Michael Bern fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Marc Biörling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 57 minutes, Karl-Michael Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elgereds SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Michael Bern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomas Utfal might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tord Lindström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Utfal ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl-Michael Bern kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tord Lindström. That made the score 0-7 in the 59 minute of play. When Karl-Michael Bern came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Elgereds SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Michael Bern couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Torgny Godholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Michael Bern received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tord Lindström came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Michael Bern slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 65th minute. Marc Biörling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tord Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hampus Blom during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 played minutes Laxå got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Blom. Joar Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Karl-Michael Bern let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 74th minute shot 0-9 at rihgt post. Karl-Michael Bern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vidar Albohm kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes, Laxå's Mikael Håkansson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yngve Jönsätt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laxå reached it. Yngve Jönsätt came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Laxå's Douglas Kellman. But to his dismay, Douglas Kellman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Sebastian Brodin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With his leg Tord Lindström managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Elgereds SK's Karl-Michael Bern fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Laxå defense, Thomas Utfal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tord Lindström. The Laxå fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tord Lindström should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Laxå's Joar Arvidsson got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Elgereds SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
