Kent Vedholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Dahlquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Bergman got free with Valdemar Bergman in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jack Dahlquist charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jack Dahlquist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bengtsfors BF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. FC BARCLONA's Kent Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Gunnarsson in the 29th minute of play. Joacim Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Vedholm having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Jack Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack Dahlquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Bengtsfors BF's goalkeeper Valdemar Bergman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Bergman. Holger Pilgren kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
