Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Olov Vestberg made the kick off which started today's match. When Jonsered's Olov Vestberg in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Båstad RK's goalie prevented a goal. When Kurt Pilberg came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Jonsered fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Pilberg couldn't finish the play. If Olov Vestberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dag Sandwall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melker Lundström went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dag Sandwall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Österberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jonsered's Olov Vestberg in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Båstad RK's goalie prevented a goal. Algot Nordmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Vestberg in the 24th minute of the match. Viggo Lennartsson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Dag Sandwall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Bock, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Båstad RK's Algot Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Vestberg in the 28th minute of play. Olov Vestberg took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Algot Nordmark. Algot Nordmark dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Olov Vestberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Algot Nordmark when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kurt Pilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Algot Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Kurt Pilberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonsered's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurt Pilberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Olov Vestberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Algot Nordmark, passed just outside the right post. Jonsered's Olov Vestberg got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kurt Pilberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 48th playminute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melker Lundström was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Axel Haegg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörn Tholsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Båstad RK's Melker Lundström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dag Sandwall. That made the score 2-2 after 59 minutes of play. If Kurt Pilberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Jonsered's Ronny Wiman got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Kurt Pilberg scored 3-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Algot Nordmark, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olov Vestberg hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Kurt Pilberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Algot Nordmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Jonsered got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Pilberg. Dag Sandwall made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Tage Bergström sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Båstad RK booed when Jonsered was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Åke Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurt Pilberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Algot Nordmark having to interfere. Kurt Pilberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
