Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Stig-Åke Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vrigstad IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Markus Västerberg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Nils Jespersson spun around in front of the goal 6 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Bankeryd IFK's goal. Verner Knutsson made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Mattias Forsman sent off a good shot on target. Verner Knutsson came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Bankeryd IFK's Mattias Forsman. But to his dismay, Mattias Forsman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 14 minutes, Richard Hermansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vrigstad IK and the Bankeryd IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Mattias Forsman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vrigstad IK's zone, Thomas Stigsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Verner Knutsson came out of the goal and Thomas Stigsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bankeryd IFK's Nicklas Blanck got a free kick in the 19th minute. Peter Lagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Jespersson in the 20th minute of play. Verner Knutsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Stigsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Stig-Åke Andersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Nils Jespersson sped through Bankeryd IFK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peter Lagerberg. Nicklas Blanck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Verner Knutsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Norström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Verner Knutsson. Vrigstad IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Bankeryd IFK booed when Vrigstad IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Ulrik Lindblom from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Verner Knutsson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Richard Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Stigsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Nils Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Lagerberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Stigsson in the 54th minute of play forced Vrigstad IK's goalkeeper Verner Knutsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Åke Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peter Lagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Stig-Åke Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Lagerberg having to interfere. Mattias Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Verner Knutsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicklas Blanck charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicklas Blanck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Bankeryd IFK got a freekick which was hit by Nicklas Blanck. Bankeryd IFK's Peter Lagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Andersson in the 73rd minute of play. Nils Jespersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Lagerberg having to make a save. If Thomas Stigsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Knutsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Forsman in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Nils Jespersson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Peter Lagerberg, passed just outside the right post. When Vrigstad IK's Nils Jespersson in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bankeryd IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Richard Hermansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Peter Lagerberg made a huge save. In the 90th match minute, Bankeryd IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Nils Jespersson notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bankeryd IFK's Peter Lagerberg. Peter Lagerberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peter Lagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Vrigstad IK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Bankeryd IFK to leave the ground with a draw.
