The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice moves Anton Beckman could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Valdemar Dusett however easily saved by the left post. If Anton Beckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dag Alström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Klementsson having to interfere. Folke Göransson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Anton Beckman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Beckman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anton Beckman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valdemar Dusett came out and tried to block the shot, but Anton Beckman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. Äppelbo FK's Valdemar Dusett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Gallberg in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Dag Alström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Äppelbo FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dag Alström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Braås's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Alström came free, but Isac Klementsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dag Alström was the one to do the kick off. Anton Beckman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Valdemar Dusett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Gallberg in the 57th minute of play forced Äppelbo FK's goalkeeper Valdemar Dusett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fabian Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herbert Torstensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isac Klementsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Edwin Benett kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Anton Beckman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braås's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Beckman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdemar Dusett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute of the match Braås got a corner. Äppelbo FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gunnar Bollström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Valdemar Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Beckman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braås's Isac Klementsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Braås from getting a goal against them. If Edward Söderqwist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valdemar Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Gallberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Dahlquist hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Braås fully deserved thier win.
