Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Diffen IF's Axel Bivall started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Diffen IF's Daniel Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Danielsson in the 3rd minute of play. Torbjörn Algren hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Älekulla's Daniel Ivarsson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Daniel Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Påk, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Lennart Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Stefan Falck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes, Rasmus Ekström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diffen IF and the Älekulla players grew even worse after the yellow card. Harry Samuelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Browald in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Diffen IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Larsson came free, but Daniel Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Browald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Harry Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 47 minutes on the clock, Stefan Falck commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Diffen IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Daniel Bengtsson had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Gustav Sandström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gustav Sandström took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Bengtsson. Daniel Bengtsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Diffen IF's Kalle Biörnberg in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Älekulla's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kalle Biörnberg in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Samuelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes, Axel Bivall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diffen IF and the Älekulla players grew even worse after the yellow card. Axel Bivall hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Östman in the 66th minute of play forced Diffen IF's goalkeeper Daniel Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Diffen IF's goalkeeper Daniel Bengtsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Danielsson. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Fred Browald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diffen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Browald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Samuelsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Älekulla had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
