The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tomas Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älekulla's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Larsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ture Tidén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hjalmar Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Danielsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ture Tidén made a huge save. Folke Östman hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Tomas Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ture Tidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Hjalmar Lundblad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älekulla's Harry Samuelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Lundblad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Harry Samuelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ture Tidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Larsson in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Larsson in the 34th minute of play forced Enskede IFK's goalkeeper Ture Tidén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Hääger in the 37th minute of play forced Älekulla's goalkeeper Harry Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Älekulla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustav Sandström in the 43rd minute. Vidar Persson tried in the 43rd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ture Tidén a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. After 47 played minutes Enskede IFK got a freekick which was hit by Knut Nordgren.

The wind increased when Hjalmar Lundblad made the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Enskede IFK's Hjalmar Lundblad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harry Samuelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peder Hääger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Samuelsson having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Folke Östman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peder Hääger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Samuelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Harry Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Lundblad in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Paul Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harry Samuelsson was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Peder Hääger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peder Hääger really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 87 minutes into the game, Lennart Danielsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ture Tidén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ture Tidén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ture Tidén showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 96 played minutes Enskede IFK got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Springfält.
