Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Pelle Allbom made the kick off and thus started the match. If Stig-Åke Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Pelle Allbom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Kinnman was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 10th minute Stig-Åke Josefsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Kinnman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Kinnman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Allbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Åke Åkesson's late challenge caught a Odensbacken IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens-Åke Åkesson helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Pelle Allbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Odensbacken IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Pelle Allbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Kinnman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Odensbacken IK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hans Brandin in the 17th minute. Odensbacken IK's Hans Brandin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carl Kinnman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pelle Allbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Carl Kinnman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Josefsson struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Carl Kinnman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odensbacken IK. Stig Mårtensson stood somewhat misplaced when Thor Larsfält came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. Carl Kinnman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Allbom in the 35th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, FC Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Allbom came free, but Carl Kinnman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Kinnman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelle Allbom's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When Stig-Åke Josefsson came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Odensbacken IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Josefsson couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thor Larsfält stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. During the 54th minute of the match Jens-Åke Åkesson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jens-Åke Åkesson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 55th match minute, FC Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Åke Åkesson to maneuver through the defense. FC Bajen's Carl Kinnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Allbom in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Thor Larsfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelle Allbom in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelle Allbom in the 64th minute of play forced FC Bajen's goalkeeper Carl Kinnman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Åke Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Kinnman having to interfere. Kurt Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Stig Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Bajen's Kurt Jönsson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pelle Allbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, FC Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Ek to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Edmund Hägglund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bajen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Odensbacken IK the free kick. In the 80th match minute, FC Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Hägglund to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute of the match Hans Brandin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carl Kinnman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Odensbacken IK's goalkeeper Stig Mårtensson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stig-Åke Josefsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Carl Kinnman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Kinnman having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Bajen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Odensbacken IK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
