Jan Smefeldt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oliver Kristiansson. Murjek's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kevin Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Oliver Kristiansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Åke Malm's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Kent Simonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Murjek's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Simonsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Åström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anders Vassenius's late challenge caught a Murjek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anders Vassenius helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Murjek booed when Ursviken IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Vassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göran Palm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Åström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Kent Simonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jonas Åström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Ursviken IFK got a freekick which was hit by Jan Smefeldt. In the 56th minute, Bengt-Rune Kellman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Jonas Åström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Hannes Browall fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ursviken IFK's protests and gave Hannes Browall a yellow card for diving instead. Oliver Kristiansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Malm in the 72nd minute of play. Joacim Skålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Björck kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Jonas Åström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kent Simonsson in the 79th minute. Ursviken IFK's Jonas Åström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Ursviken IFK from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, Joacim Skålberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ursviken IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 88 minutes into the game, Dan Friberger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Murjek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ursviken IFK the free kick. A collision led to Murjek getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dan Friberger hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Murjek's zone, Joacim Skålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Kristiansson came out of the goal and Joacim Skålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Kent Simonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Murjek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Simonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
