Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Åke Malm started the match with the kick off. Herbert Lindström charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Lindström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Herbert Lindström hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Alstermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sune Stabbe to maneuver through the defense. David Månsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Malm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Joacim Skålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ursviken IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Skålberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Månsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alstermo's Ingvar Kellberg in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ursviken IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Kaj Lindgren struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jonas Åström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alstermo. Kaj Lindgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Åström having to interfere. Ingvar Kellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Åström having to interfere. In the 37th minute Ingvar Kellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joacim Skålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Månsson having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaj Lindgren to make the kick off. Jonas Åström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Lindgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Ingvar Kellberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Sune Stabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Malm's late challenge caught a Alstermo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Malm helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Ursviken IFK's Jonas Åström got control of the ball when Ingvar Kellberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute Kaj Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Åström came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alstermo's Kaj Lindgren. But to his dismay, Kaj Lindgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jonas Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Lindgren in the 78th minute of play. Joacim Skålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. David Månsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Kellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Åström having to interfere. Joacim Skålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. David Månsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Åke Malm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Månsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A collision led to Ursviken IFK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Niklas Pedersson hit a great ball. Jonas Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Lindgren in the 96th minute of the match. The Ursviken IFK players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
