An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Sandberg in the 15th minute of play forced Pallas Styx's goalkeeper Johan Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konrad Sandberg in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johan Nyström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Pallas Styx's zone, Björn Jonsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Nyström came out of the goal and Björn Jonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 26 minutes, Björn Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vätö BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Björn Jonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, Björn Jonsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Björn Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Björn Jonsson scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johan Nyström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Pallas Styx's André Blom got a free kick in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the match, Samuel Boklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Smedfeldt. Vätö BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Boklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Björk to strike the kick off in the second half. Pallas Styx's Johan Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Sandberg in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Björn Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vätö BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Björn Jonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When André Blom fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pallas Styx's protests and gave André Blom a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vätö BK booed when Pallas Styx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Pallas Styx defense, Konrad Sandberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johan Nyström. The Pallas Styx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johan Nyström should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Pallas Styx getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Samuel Boklund hit a great ball. Pallas Styx's Johan Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Sandberg in the 65th minute of play. Karl-Johan Skräddare was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Konrad Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91stth minute of the game Björn Jonsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pallas Styx's Johan Nyström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johan Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Pallas Styx got a freekick which was hit by Evert Ek. Pallas Styx's Johan Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Jonsson in the 94th minute of play. Evert Ek's late challenge caught a Vätö BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Ek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Evert Ek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Samuel Bergkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Johan Nyström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vätö BK had won after a very even match.
