Gottfrid Granström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Stenkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gustaf Mellin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to La Famiglia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Morgan Åman hit a great ball. Emil Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gustaf Mellin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Lidström during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andreas Lidström kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. David Brandt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Mellin having to interfere. Cafe FC's Gottfrid Granström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Stenkvist in the 25th minute of play. David Brandt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 26th playminute. The audience was convinced that Ronny Stenkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gottfrid Granström was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, David Brandt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cafe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Brandt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaf Mellin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronny Stenkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gottfrid Granström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of La Famiglia booed when Cafe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Nyqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Brandt got free with Gustaf Mellin in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Ronny Stenkvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Olov Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cafe FC's David Brandt in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Famiglia's goalie prevented a goal. Gustaf Mellin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Karl-Åke Klemensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Famiglia's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Åke Klemensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Ronny Stenkvist came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the La Famiglia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Stenkvist couldn't finish the play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Brandt couldn't finish the play.
