Färjestaden FF's Urban Gadd got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Robin Aleberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kasper Nyman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urban Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Robin Aleberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Färjestaden FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Aleberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasper Nyman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ted Ahlkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ted Ahlkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Robin Aleberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes Färjestaden FF got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Magnus Åhlberg. Kasper Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Aleberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Rune Kjellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Adak's Ted Ahlkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskar Tunander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Börje Malm hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Harry Rönn was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. Harry Rönn kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, David Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Färjestaden FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Gunnarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robin Aleberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Nyman having to interfere. Urban Gadd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Nyman having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
